    • Assist management with selection of final vendors
    • Analysis final vendor selection to price plans/options based on team member contribution formulas desired by management/budget
    • Assist with full implementation of new vendors/plans
    • Review new medical vendor/TPA or insured contracts for indemnification and other performance and technical language
    • Report to management to finalize plan design and to review financial model/costing or potential savings
