Harvey A. Wolff, RHU, MBA, CES, LUTCF

Harvey A. Wolff, brings to you the experience of 42 years in the health and life insurance business. He spent the last 30 years managing an employee benefit consultant company. Harvey received his Bachelor of Business Administrative Degree from Pan American University in 1967. Harvey received his MBA from North Texas State University in 1968. In 1969 he entered the insurance business with Travelers Insurance Company. Received his Registered Health Underwriter Designation in 1983. He served as President for the Dallas Association Health Underwriters in 1988-1990. Was honored with the Dallas Health Underwriter of the Year Award in 1989. Received the prestigious National Association of Health Underwriter Achievement Award is 1990.

Harvey has devised strategies for implementing medical management programs to coordinate with cost containment features, plus effectively implementing voluntary products to offset the cost exposure and enhance participation options. He has vast experience in the design and implementation of self-funded programs, which has saved employers significant costs. Harvey also devised strategies for managing cost relating to Life, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability and Health Saving Account Plans, Medical Expense Reimbursement plans.

Blendia Gibbons

Blendia Gibbons has been in the employee benefit industry for 25 years, all with Wolff and Associates. She has vast experience in the administration and servicing of group medical, dental, short term and long term disability, Section 125 Plans, 401 (k) and voluntary supplement benefits.

Blendia has been trained and certified in Cobra and HIPPA. Her experience with all the different programs, HMO, PPO, H S A’s, MERP’S, EPO and self-funded programs enables Blendia to administrate and service each client uniquely. She consider is a true professional in every since by her peers.

Blendia has excellent communication skills and works well with all vendors in the bidding process. She handles all the coordinating process from the date collection to the implementation of the selected benefits. She will then coordinate the implementation of the benefits selected and assist the Human Resource Department in the enrollment process and verifying that all eligible employees have enrolled and have been set up in the proper system for each carrier selected. She will assist the Human Resource Department with any claim, administrative or billing issues.

Blendia is a member of the Dallas Association of Health Underwriters. She has been on the board of directors since 1991.

She served on the Executive Board as Treasurer since 1996. Received the Dallas Health Underwriter of the Year Award in 1993. She is committed to the industry and has dedicated her time and skills to that endeavor.
